Position Summary:

The Account Executive is responsible for creating detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas, managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal, and unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships. He/She is responsible for managing accounts, creating and maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them. This is a quota carrying role, with targets established for new logos, new sales, cross-sell, upsell, and repeat sales of Software and Services to customers in assigned territory. The Account Executive/Regional Sales Director will be the lead, customer facing, field representative for all products and services sales. The position may have indirect leadership accountability for other client facing, service, support and customer success-related roles that Doxim has with its customers. The Account Executive is part of the field sales organization and ultimately reports up to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal develop new business with clients and / or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with prospect accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 5-8 years related work experience
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to consistently grow new sales and achieve quota in a complex selling environment.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

The Cognitive Assessment is a timed assessment that includes Verbal, Numerical and Abstract Reasoning questions. The score of the PI Cognitive Assessment is a scaled score based on the number of correct responses and is a measure of general cognitive ability, or the ability to quickly learn and grasp new information.
