Sales Coordinator Job Opening

Summit Bodyworks is looking for a Sales Coordinator. You will be supporting the sales team by assisting with processing and coordination of sales transactions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Internal liaison between sales, production, service coordinator, dealerships and transportation.
• Sales administrative support, processing documentation, such as invoicing and payments for Warranty work performed
• Respond to urgent customer requests with the ability to effectively communicate with and support our customers
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email and website
• Manage trade show attendance requirements, scheduling, and travel
• Ability to attend occasional trade shows
• Coordinate post sale needs and activities
• Other duties as assigned

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

• Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
• Manual dexterity, fine manipulation and the ability to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to operate simple to complex and heavy-duty machinery.
• Normal range of hearing and vision.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with a good motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
