Route Sales Representative Job Opening

Next Level Staffing is now exclusively recruiting for Frito Lay to fill their many open positions for Route Sales Representatives. This position is a direct hire position, Next Level Staffing will be conducting the pre-screening process for Frito Lay. Below is a full description of the position and what is required in order to be considered for the position. This is a physically demanding job! The perfect candidate will have the following experience and can meet all the below requirements.

Job Description:

• Driving to assigned locations
• Check-in with store decision maker, check-in delivery, obtain signatures, collect proof of delivery
• Using equipment (e.g. carts, pallets, etc.) to unload products and move throughout the store
• Merchandising cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products such as Doritos, Classic Lays, Tostitos, Smartfood Popcorn, ect.
• Rotating products and removing defective and out-of-date products and process returns and credits with receiver
• Ordering, scanning and logging backstock using handheld device
• Safely maximizing sales and minimizing waste

Other important information:

• 50 hour work week with varying days off each week
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Will need to pass DOT physical and certification
• Ability to lift 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
