OrthoSynetics is a business service provider to orthodontic and dental practices. We are actively seeking an inside sales representative to help us achieve our growth plans for 2019. We work with 100+ locations throughout the US to elevate their business to a higher level of success. As an inside sales representative, you will sell the organizations suite of practice services through a consultative and educational sales approach.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Research and generate potential leads from web searches and industry resources
  • Be knowledgeable about company service offerings and provide appropriate solutions to prospects
  • Qualify leads from digital campaigns, referrals, and tradeshows
  • Maintain prospect database in CRM
  • Coordinate qualified opportunities to the appropriate internal service expert for further development
  • Create proposals and manage contract requests
  • Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance metrics
  • Register company for approved tradeshows and coordinate tradeshow participation

Requirements:

  • 3 years proven inside sales experience
  • Healthcare sales experience preferred
  • Driven, goal-oriented personality
  • Track record of achieving sales goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
