OrthoSynetics is a business service provider to orthodontic and dental practices. We are actively seeking an inside sales representative to help us achieve our growth plans for 2019. We work with 100+ locations throughout the US to elevate their business to a higher level of success. As an inside sales representative, you will sell the organizations suite of practice services through a consultative and educational sales approach.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Research and generate potential leads from web searches and industry resources
- Be knowledgeable about company service offerings and provide appropriate solutions to prospects
- Qualify leads from digital campaigns, referrals, and tradeshows
- Maintain prospect database in CRM
- Coordinate qualified opportunities to the appropriate internal service expert for further development
- Create proposals and manage contract requests
- Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance metrics
- Register company for approved tradeshows and coordinate tradeshow participation
Requirements:
- 3 years proven inside sales experience
- Healthcare sales experience preferred
- Driven, goal-oriented personality
- Track record of achieving sales goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
