Our manufacturing teams make our amazing products this is truly where the magic happens! This role will be in our brand-new facility in Rexburg where we continue to build our Values based culture.

We're looking to hire four (4) Manufacturing Specialist to supervise and coordinate the activities our front-line employees while building a high-performance culture based on trust and respect. Coaching and developing the team members is a critical aspect of the role.

What a "Day in the Life" is Like

A typical day as a Manufacturing Specialist includes coordinating, engaging and supervising our front-line team to ensure safety, quality and production meets specifications. You will also be coaching employees on all aspects of performing their duties in the safest manner possible for both people safety and food safety. Together with the team you will be problem solving, making production and people decisions and when necessary fair and timely disciplinary action.

We're Looking for Someone With:

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years manufacturing related experience in a lead role OR 5 years manufacturing related experience in a lead in lieu of a degree

• Strong leadership and effective management skills to direct employees in efficient operations
• Ability to evaluate problems, correctly focus the resources and make efficient decisions
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and skills
• Working knowledge of work place safety and GMP regulations
