Position Summary

The Key Accounts Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining key trade partner loyalty by providing service communication and support to key distributor partners and sales team. Manages and enhances service and support by maintaining a working knowledge of each account's business operations, problem solving of escalated cases, processing service and RA requests, developing new and innovative process, and performing analysis on each accounts sales & service trend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining service relationships with LG key distributor & partners to include developing and implementing differentiated service strategies based on account needs
  • Create & Process Return Authorization/SWAP for all B2B accounts for DOA
  • Ensure Operational efficiency for Enhanced Service Plans purchased by B2B account customers
  • Communicate with sales regularly regarding service & account related issues and resolve escalations escalated distributor, partner, or sales specialist cases
  • Perform project management duties and account based analysis on returns and services trend
  • Create and manage effective relationships that lead to partner loyalty and LG's reputation cemented as the number one service company

Education/Experience (related experience)

  • Associates degree in a business related field – experience can be substituted
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
  • Previous Key Account Experience is preferred
