Senior Home Improvement Sales Representative Job Opening

the country. We offer affordable home improvement upgrades for homeowners to be more energy efficient and to lower their energy costs.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Home Improvement Sales Representative to cease cross selling opportunity to an existing customer base.

Responsibilities:

- High level of integrity and professionalism

- Meet or exceed sales goals

- Arrange a free in-home consultation with homeowners who are our existing clients

- Effectively manage prospects and leads in their assigned sales territory

- Maintain records and complete all required reports in a timely manner to fully execute objectives

Qualifications:

-Sales experiences in windows, roofing, home improvement; or similar areas like HVAC, manufacturing, etc.

-Strong track record of sales attainment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to apply consultation procedures/negotiation skills using visual aids, data or information to support line of reasoning

Salary: $60,000.00-$150,000 as a combination of a salary and commissions
