19-0057 Strategic Account Coordinator Job Opening

Streck is seeking a forward-thinking and professional individual to make a positive contribution to our Strategic Account customers as a customer service representative. Using strong communication and problem solving skills, you will process orders, answer questions, and participate in process resolution for our corporate account customers. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and passionate about customer service. This position will be working closely with our Strategic Account Executives and Distribution teams.

The ideal candidate will take initiative when appropriate, have sound judgment, and be a participant and proponent of team work.

The primary responsibilities include:

• Receive calls and/or e-mails from customers and answer questions about orders, inventory, ship dates, pricing, etc for both domestic and international accounts.
• Process orders electronically and manually
• Review all necessary export paperwork
• Assist customers with lost and/or late goods by doing proof of deliveries
• Establish new customer information
• Support Streck Strategic Account product management with assigned account (s).

Requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2-4 years of college preferred
• At least 3 years of experience providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience preparing shipping documents.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
