Account Executive - Media Ad Sales Job Opening

DUTIES: It’s not just another sales job. We offer unusually higher commission-driven opportunities – significant local and regional reach, hard work, but uncapped earning potential. As we continue to build our on-air and online brands, we need more experienced and hungry people to sell local and regional advertising for our great local radio stations and digital platforms. Using modern sales support systems, you'll be responsible for sales order entry, coordination of ad production, accurate sales forecasting, timely reporting, and achievement of sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate should have a competitive personality and a winning attitude; be a quick learner and a natural problem-solver; enjoy relationship-building and a fast pace; have excellent prospecting skills; project a professional appearance and demeanor; be an organized self-starter able to work effectively without direct supervision; and be excited about an opportunity to work for a company that's investing big time in making a difference. Strong written and verbal communications skills are critical, and a college degree is preferred but not mandatory. Sales or customer service experience is required; media ad sales experience is preferred.

LOCATIONS: Key positions could be based in the Sylacauga, Birmingham, Lake Martin-Alexander City, Montgomery, or Auburn areas.
