Performance Products is looking for an Inside Sales Representative specializing in e-commerce. This included being focused on driving incremental growth and sales through marketing efforts product launches, building relationships and creating new accounts.
This includes bringing on new dealers and following up them to make sure their needs are being met. Will work with existing dealers to identify opportunities for growth. Will be responsible for capturing business case and competitive data and communicate with other members of the sales team in order to develop new offerings including product, pricing, freight etc. This position has a high level of independent judgment.
Where you’ll spend your time:
- Communicate and engage retailers with new activities, such as new product launches, marketing events, and exclusive opportunities in order to maximize channel sales and demand
- Research and discover areas of opportunity to improve our market position in the e-Commerce channel
- Strong B2B retailer communication with a focus on increasing sales revenue and develop valuable long-term partnerships
- Using company guidelines and SOP’s will set up new dealers
- Will analyze customer trends including revenue and margin and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and follow a call plan for assigned territories. Create a regular rotation so customers are contacted at the expected frequency
- Recommend products to customers, based on the customer's needs and benefits to their business
- Answer customers questions about products, prices, availability, shipping charges, credit terms, and dealer applications, and other contact information
- Working with Marketing and Category Managers will push lines the company wishes to promote and make recommendations
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices and report back
- Escalate customers problems and concerns to team members in customer service or technical sales roles
- Perform administrative duties such as reviewing dealer applications, setting up accounts, placing orders etc.

You have / Are:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Have a passion for Sales
- 2 to 4 years of work-related experience and/or a combination of 2 to 4 years work related education
- Experience with the selling process taking a consultative approach
- Knowledge of the importance of a sales process and can identify steps
- Uses all forms of communication (verbal, written, and electronic) in a clear and precise way to communicate to the customer
- Employs a solution-oriented approach to selling
- Experience working with computers including the ability to enter information with high accuracy and ability to navigate comfortably through programs. This includes intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Drive

You might have:
- An Associate’s Degree in a related field
- A combination of work-related experience and education, including specialized sales or customer service training
- Experience with e-commerce
- Experience with Sales over the phone
