The National Director of Sales is responsible for overseeing the sales performance and process for all
corporate and franchise studios.This includes but is not limited to setting bench marks for key sales metrics, creating pricing, sales process, promotions and sales training to assist studios in hitting sales targets in all areas of the business. The National Sales Director will proactively identify struggling markets, and work closely with teams to reach KPI goals. This position will report to the VP of Marketing but will also work closely with the VP of Operations.

The National Sales Director will proactively identify struggling markets, and work closely with teams to reach KPI goals. This position will report to the VP of Marketing but will also work closely with the VP of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Increase sales for studios to create a sustainable business. * Work with the marketing team to create and implement national sales promotions.
- Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring cost, competition, and trends.
- Organize reporting data and develop sales objectives by forecasting and developing.annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Determine key sales metrics in all areas of the business.
- Contribute sales training to the Education team.
- Be familiar with and have the ability to train club operations with the GM and the Franchise Owners.
- Responsible for sales software training and troubleshooting.
- Assist Operations team in implementing sales and marketing initiatives at the local studio level.
- Participate in one-on-one calls and webinars with franchisees and corporate staff.
- Partner with operations team on customer service best practices.
- Personally sell memberships, advertising, teacher training, workshops and corporate memberships as needed.
- Create Pre Sale Strategy and support franchisee in Pre Sale process
- Drive Sales & Marketing Communication and Flow for the lifecycle of the member
- Owning, researching and developing National sales relationships and partnerships * Included but not limited to Groupon, ClassPass, and GymPass
- Guiding Operations Team to build and monitor the progress of sales, corporate partnerships, and events pipeline
- Attend and Participate in Discovery Day (for potential franchisees)
- Attend Studio Openings when Needed * Assist in enrolling memberships
- Provide assistance with achieving gross revenue and membership goals
- Coaching on moving to "Sustainable Business"
- Encourage the team to use TruFusion best practices in sales
- Communicate franchisee needs to Corporate Department
- Mastery of sales practices and techniques
- Knowledge of studio operations and marketing
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Excellent Customer Service
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for up to two months at a time
- Experience working in retail and/or yoga/gym industry a plus
- College Degree preferred
