Business Development Manager Job Opening

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for bringing in new clients. Those clients will then be assigned to an Account Manager, while the Business Development Manager continues to hunt for new customers and follow up on leads that are assigned to the Account Manager, follow up internally with our Account Managers, keeping track of assigned leads and making sure they are being attended to.

• Minimum of 5 years successful sales experience (required)
• Minimum of 5 years selling experience in AV, videoconferencing or related technology ( preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or the equivalent
• Must possess time management skills, with the ability to make timely decisions
• Possess leadership skills and the ability to work with a team
• Possess people skills and the ability to solve problems
• Ability to build and maintain effective networks
• Strategy development and project management skills
• Proficient verbal and written skills required
• Effective computer skills in Word, Excel and Windows based programs including email required
