Position Profile - Candidates must have:

• Boating experience
• Proven track record managing a sales organization selling high end products or services to individuals
• Ability to coach sales team to anticipate and overcome obstacles to completing a sale
• Process-oriented approach to sales with strong focus on maintaining key metrics and tracking systems
• Ability to establish accountability within the sales team for results
• Detail oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills

This position is a full-time, year round, base plus commission position. As a Leader of our Sales Team your opportunities and responsibilities include New Boat Sales for:

Salary: $100,000.00 to $180,000.00 /year
