Job Overview:

Tower Tools is an oilfield tubular and tool rental company with a strong presence and reputation in the Rocky Mountain region. Tower Tools is seeking a motivated individual to help with business development/sales for new and existing customers in the Wyoming Area.

Job Responsibilities:

Manages existing clients in the North Dakota, Wyoming, Oklahoma, and West Texas regions

Identifies new customers and assists with closing deals

Leads and oversees activities within accounts

Understands the services of the company and how to market them to current and future clients

Promotes a high level of customer service

Communicates with the operations manager to ensure service quality

Seeks out new revenue generating opportunities that fit the core business

Job Requirements:

3+ years of experience with drilling/ workover rigs

Understand and work/worked in the Wyoming region

Located in Gillette or Casper

Strong relationship with existing operators

Business Development experience and management experience

Excellent problem solving abilities

Excellent communication skills

Strong Interpersonal skills

Some travel out of state

Compensation:

Salary + Commission
