Job Description

The sales coordinator/project manager performs multiple sales and marketing support duties including after the sale project management. Duties consist of: taking incoming sales lead phone calls, preparing and sending quotations, maintaining logs and lists, assisting with miscellaneous marketing projects, coordinating meetings, ordering promotional items and sales supplies, arranging travel, coordinating trade shows and providing diligent and proactive after the sale project management.

Job Requirements

We are seeking a professional with a very high attention detail work ethic who meets the following job requirements and abilities (candidates with prior experience at a machinery company is a plus):

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of prior office work experience
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of prior management experience
  • High attention to detail work ethic
  • Fast computer skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with both customers and vendors
