Description: Know your store sales goals, top and bottom departments, inventory levels and guest shopping patterns. Inspire guests to discover solutions through compelling visual merchandising in style categories. Focus on outfitting, accessorizing (A&A), displaying multiples (Home), newness and trend. Leverage daily interactions and huddles to teach Style Consultants about visual priorities and creating outfits to support building the basket for each guest.
Qualifications: Solve merchandising issues and adjust sets to create and maintain inspiring presentations. Teach and influence A&A clearance guiding principles. Partner with A&A team on solving new merchandising opportunities as product arrives and is stocked by the Style team. Assess store visual standards to elevate visual presentations in Apparel and Accessories, Mannequin Moments, Baby Focal, Home Innovation Space (Front and Black Flats), Home Focals and Trend Runs, Trim A Tree, Outdoor Living. Provide service and a shopping experience that meets the needs of the guest. Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
