Job Description:

Mspark, a privately held results-oriented marketing services provider of shared mail advertising, seeks a self-motivated professional to join our team as a B2B Marketing Coordinator based at our corporate office located in Helena, AL - a Birmingham suburb. In this role, reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

  • Writing blog content based on research materials as well as creating social media content, and sharing on Mspark's social media pages

  • Collaborating with the Creative Services team for needed blog and social media images.

  • Processing incoming phone and online leads, including research on consultation with prospective clients to determine opportunity, next steps and accurate assignment within Sales organization.

  • Speaking to Mspark products, services and general questions when consulting with business owners and decision-makers

  • Integrating new leads into the CRM system and sending to appropriate Account Executive or National Account Director in a timely manner for follow-up

  • Coordinating incoming lead campaigns in partnership with the Sales Team which may include mailed collateral, automated emails from Marketo, and outbound phone calls

  • Responding to general questions received via incoming phone and online form fills, routing questions and comments to appropriate internal resources

  • Partners with Marketing and Sales Team to complete data clean up in CRM as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

The B2B Marketing Coordinator is not a sales position, but instead this role holds an important position at the top of the sales funnel, creating blog and social media content, and developing and qualifying leads for the Sales Team.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' customer service experience; proficiency with Microsoft Suite; experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) platform; writing and social media experience; and excellent communication skills.
