PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIE
- On a daily basis, the National Account Manager will allocate the necessary time to make Outbound Calls on our National Account Portfolio, calling all the different disciplines (Owners, Sales, Office Manager, etc.) within each account to sell contractors that will drive both Loan and Rental volume in a consistent manner by leveraging leads in Saleforce.com
- Document all Inbound Calls, Outbound Calls, Voicemails, Emails, In Person Meetings, Road Kills, Training/Webinar, Send Letter, and Other in Salesforce 2.0
- Achieve the necessary metrics as defined by management
- Leverage Microf marketing resources to effectively drive the necessary growth
- Build and manage a sales pipeline and sales forecast
- Cross Sell Existing Contractors on the Microf Full Value Proposition
- Consistently achieve Monthly and Annual Sales Goals
- Conduct phone visits with HVAC contractors and TMs to ensure quality contractor enrollment of the given territory
- Present and Demo to prospects on the features and benefits of the Microf solutions
- Support the needs of our existing Contractors by quickly following up on request and calls from Existing Contractor Accounts
- Continuing Education
- Maintain a clear understanding of each account, and the internal Microf processes
- Understand the competitive landscape and know how to best present Microf
- Leverage the learning tool at Microf such as Axonify
- Use independent judgment and discretion in HVAC contractor selection and continued access to Microf products and services by monitoring their operational behaviors and portfolio performance including defaults/non-renewals
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of business development or outside sales experience and a history of exceeding plan
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- HVAC industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to sales
- Proven time management and organization skills
- Ability to make quick decisions based on limited information; and
- Excellent understanding of CRM (Salesforce.com, etc)
- Good computer skills
