Retail Merchandising:
The objective for this opportunity is to assist a premier audio company with resetting their displays in one of the world’s largest consumer electronics retailers. You will need to be technologically savvy while being able to follow directions and work independently. Attention to detail and pride in your work will enable success and opportunities for additional work. For this job you will work on your own as well as with additional T-ROC employees.
Some of your Responsibilities:
You get to work independently for a portion of the assignment and as a part of a team
Problem solving is key, you will get to solve unexpected issues that occur in a rapidly changing retail environment
Communication with retail store management regarding your assignment
Read and implement planograms (POG’s)
Understand the layout and efficiently navigate a retail store
Learn and understand retailer systems required to access maps, planograms, and print price tags
Read and follow detailed instructions
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
Maintain a professional image and appearance
Requirements and qualifications, including but not limited to the following:
High School Degree or Equivalent
6+ months experience in merchandising or retail
Motivation to exceed expectations while working independently
Must have a tablet or smart phone with an active data plan. You will report your worked hours through an online portal accessible with a smart phone
Ability to pass online certifications
You must be able to lift and move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 60 pounds.
Maintain a professional image and appearance
Flexibility to coordinate schedules with other team members
