Inside Sales Representative Job Opening

Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced, full time Inside Sales Representative for our Lynnwood, WA location. Do you enjoy talking with people? Do you have solid listening and presentation skills? Are you a problem solver with a can-do attitude? If this sounds like you, please consider joining our team! In this role you will be reaching out to leads that are provided by our Product Advisors and Technician teams. You will be reviewing customer needs and recommending the correct product and service solutions available to them.

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in handling complex multiple lined telephones, printer, copiers etc.
• Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills and customer service focus.
• Exceptional ability to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to proactively follow up with phone calls and emails. Must be comfortable overcoming initial objections, while remaining focused on providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
