National Account Manager Job Opening

Our insurance brokerage needs to add another detail-oriented taskmaster to our team. The National Account Manager will assist insurance brokers and carriers in processing new accounts and in managing existing accounts. Their duties will include, though not be limited to:

• Preparing client paperwork for carrier review via Insurance Management System (IMS)

• Assisting agents with obtaining insurance applications and certificates

• Maintaining perpetual understanding of available insurance programs and how they differ in offerings, policies, and procedures

This is a position that offers most insurance training in-house. However, previous experience with insurance is strongly preferred. The position involves getting to know niche industries and paying attention to a lot of details. We need a fast learner who can time block and get the job done without a lot of hand-holding. We work 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday with an hour lunch at your discretion. We offer PTO on a prorated basis as well as paid holidays.
