Job Purpose

• To support the Sales Team (railroad infrastructure) with contracts, pricing, bids, etc.

Key Job Elements

Interface between Sales Team and Operations, Corporate Services and Customers

Provide weekly opportunity tracking

Interface with suppliers/vendors.

Training/Development to eventual move to outside sales.

Education / Training

• BA/BS degree in Business perferred.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven inside sales experience;

• Track record of over-achieving quota;

• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day;

• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools;

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills;

• Strong listening and presentation skills;

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
