Overview:
The position is to travel to surrounding states (SC, NC, GA, and occasionally and rarely OH, IN, KY) to set up a booth at events and print on-site event apparel. You will have a loaded vehicle provided to you, hotel and gas expenses paid, and the more the event makes the more you make. Details below.

The position is to travel to surrounding states (SC, NC, GA, and occasionally and rarely OH, IN, KY) to set up a booth at events and print on-site event apparel. You will have a loaded vehicle provided to you, hotel and gas expenses paid, and the more the event makes the more you make. Details below.
Responsibilities:
- Events mostly happen on weekends. Friday-Sunday with Mondays or Thursdays included for special events.
- You will need to pick up the company vehicle located at our Matthews location with all the merchandise and equipment loaded up inside.
- Once on-site you will meet with the event director and set-up your booth where instructed.
- Print event apparel and sell it to customers.
- Sell using a POS system. (Point-of-sale)
- Once on-site you are not authorized to leave until the event is over. An on-duty meal agreement is required. You must be professional in the way you dress, talk, and represent the company.
Requirements:
- Ability to drive a car on your own.
- Must be able to pick up to 50lbs.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Must be creative and willing to think outside the box.
Compensation:
- Half Day indoor/outdoor Event: Pay is $60/$70 min or 10%, whichever is greater.
- One Day indoor/outdoor Event: Pay is $125/$140 min or 10%, whichever is greater.
- Two Day indoor/outdoor Event: Pay is $250/$280 min or 10%, whichever is greater.
- Three Day indoor/outdoor Event: Pay is $375/$420 min or 10%, whichever is greater.
- All hotel expenses are paid for.
- All gas expenses are paid for.
