Provides administrative support to all market leaders. Performs duties such as coordination of meetings and conference calls, routine clerical duties and working on special projects.

Coordinates, attends and responsible for minutes for Advisory Board meetings.

Coordinates sales training and development program, communication, and accountability within sales teams.

Serves as project manager for the Cultivating Deeper Relationship-Sales Leadership Initiative including: development and delivery, tools and resources, and communication.

Liaison to Marketing, LSB+, CRM development and assist as needed.Maintain the Sales page on SharePoint with sales initiatives, plans, recognitions, meeting minutes, agenda, etc.

Necessary Skills and Attributes
Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline preferred
1-3 years of administrative experience required; preferably in a fast-paced sales environment
Proven experience with numerical competence
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Excellent organization, time management and presentation skills
Professionalism and outstanding written and verbal communication
Must be a team player
