Responsibilities


Build excitement in your store by driving sales and providing an incredible customer experience:

  • Be the smartest on the block regarding Terminix products, promotions, company policies and general knowledge of the business.
  • Be your best by meeting sales goals and knowing your numbers
  • Understand the competitive landscape
  • Make sure merchandising is spiffy, current and promotions are highlighted
  • Execute operations flawlessly to be sure your store is exceeding expectations
  • Be timely completing reports and taking care of issues
  • Lead sales events in your location to demonstrate products and increase retailer’s sales
  • As an advocate for Terminix, go the extra smile and earn the customer’s loyalty every day and with every interaction.
Qualifications
  • Have at least 1 years' experience in the sales retail industry. Customer satisfaction and experience strongly preferred
  • Can build excitement and product knowledge for all customers while exceeding goals.
  • Reliable transportation a must
  • Must have a working smartphone with data.
  • Able to work RETAIL hours, which consist of nights, weekends and holidays – a must!
  • Goal oriented, organized and high energy to meet our customer needs
  • Thrives in independent working environment where your decisions count
  • Strong communicator who can build relationships and be the advocate for Terminix.
