Our amazing Sales team is now seeking a Regional Sales Manager to be the next key leader in our Fairfax office. In this position, you will be responsible for driving growth to ensure targets are met consistently and collaborating with leadership on sales strategies in a high-performance environment. The training, development and motivation of an all-star Sales team is key to the success of the Regional Sales Manager. This position reports directly to the CEO.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Hire, train, develop and manage Entry-level Sales Representatives and Sr. Sales Representatives
  • Conduct ride-alongs with the Entry-level Sales and Senior Sales teams; provide performance coaching and feedback
  • Administer employee performance reviews and corrective action, as needed
  • Conduct effective meetings to ensure all team members are aligned with their goals
  • Strategize with the leadership team on sales forecasting, budgeting, revenue growth opportunities and incentive plans
  • Prepare and present key performance metrics, and other reporting as needed, to executive management and owners
  • Partner with the Recruiting Department to maintain staff and replace as needed
  • Ensure a smooth customer installation process in tandem with the Production department
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Department and Call Center on lead volume goals, lead quality, and dispatching order; ensure messaging and promotion is delivered consistently across all channels
  • Oversee the Office Manager’s responsibilities as well as departmental payroll and other administrative duties

Here’s what you need to know

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7+ years of outside, direct sales experience, preferably in the home services industry and a one-call close environment
  • 5+ years of experience managing a sales staff of 7 or more
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of success in leading a team to consistently meet monthly and annual Sales targets
  • Must be a strategic thinker with laser focus on delivering objectives and continually striving for excellence
  • Advanced proficiency and technical aptitude with CRM’s, Microsoft Office Suite, and iOS devices
  • Must have an outstanding attitude, strong work ethic, and be self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to multi-task and balance priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Must possess a high degree of interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and maintain effective relationships with all employees and customers.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Must have the ability to travel to our corporate headquarters located in Columbia, MD on a monthly basis
