Project Manager - Major Accounts Job Opening

Responsible for the execution and monitoring of strategic projects for Major Accounts, within the Sales Department. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating internal and external tasks related to Major Accounts. This person will be the key internal contact for Major Accounts, managing all internal processes of that account.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Single internal contact for assigned Major Accounts. Interacts with Sales, Operations, Order Entry, Engineering, Marketing, Finance and Product Support regarding this account.
• Establishes KPI’s and processes to help support this account.
• Establishes relationships with key contacts of assigned Major Accounts.
• Supports Key Account Managers who are assigned to these accounts.
• Develops process improvement to provide increased support
• Makes presentations to the executive team regarding Major Accounts

• 3 + years professional experience in project management or consulting within the manufacturing industry desired
• Advanced Excel skills
• Good presentation, conceptual and analytical skills
• Team-oriented and methodical way of working
• A focus on performance and reliability
• Ability to lead projects with limited supervision

Education:

• Business degree
