Solar Sales Consultant Job Opening

Workflow

• Generating new business by engaging in full sales cycle management - prospecting, qualifying, presenting in-home, closing and follow-up
• Working with our Project Engineers to oversee project development for each customer
• Becoming an expert on our products, services, processes, market conditions and utility programs
• Attending weekly trainings, following proper company procedures, upholding our team ethics and contributing to team culture
• Setting and achieving personal sales goals
• Participating in an intensive mentoring program with your Team Lead for your first two weeks
• Taking advantage of our attractive and high-end compensation plans where there are no limits to your earning potential

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and sales experience are essential
• Background in solar/renewable energy preferred but not required
• Outgoing and articulate; strong sense of self-discipline, self-motivation and grit
• Willing to maintain the highest level of sales ethics and integrity
• Able to use a personal laptop and/or tablet for in-home presentation and CRM purposes
• College degree preferred but not required
