• Carol Stream, IllinoisHigh profile role managing the service delivery relationships with multiple blue-chip consumer products manufacturers in fulfilling contracts to manage product returns, repair and special projects. Will work closely with customer program management staff to ensure the highest level of satisfaction with services rendered. Position is responsible for identifying and leading the expansion of existing customer programs to realize additional revenue opportunities. Active involvement with internal operations, technology, supply chain, finance and business development team members in exercising leadership for success with each assigned key account.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers with an objective of successfully maintaining and growing each strategic account.
- Partner with our Finance team to chart account performance and profitability.
- Prepare customer presentations with an objective of educating and establishing service expectations for new and existing account relationships.
- Facilitate the successful completion of special projects to include active participation in the initial scope, pricing and delivery expectations.
- Participate in the ongoing analysis of service delivery efficiency in partnership with related Centers of Excellence personnel and company’s Operational Excellence team.
- Prepare customer visit strategies and agendas to maximize customer interface opportunities and promote a strong business partnership.
- Participate in the annual company budget process to provide input on service delivery expense management and financial projections.
- Facilitate regular account status and business review meetings with customer
- Collaborate with eCommerce team to successfully fulfill customer product sales program implementations.

Requirements:
- 5-7 years of account leadership experience within a high revenue or national account setting that required leading multiple functional areas to successfully support a sophisticated product or service delivery platform is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in Sales and Account Management, preferably within a consumer products industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent project leadership skills; Direct program management experience is a definite plus.
- Advanced facilitation skills with a successful track record of strategic meeting management.
- Ability to travel 10-15%, as needed.
