Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum Experience: 2 years job-related marketing experience, which may include up to 6 months spent in a marketing internship program

  • Working knowledge of Windows and PC software programs; ability to use the more advanced features of Microsoft Office Suite and social media knowledge a plus

Job Summary:
Supports the creative coordination, development, activation and fulfillment of corporate marketing programs and local market efforts to include advertising, line of business campaigns, and may also include brand support (as assigned). These efforts include but are not limited to the following: developing and maintaining project timelines, executing statements of work, and coordination point with compliance and agency partners.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assists with the creation of sales and promotional materials to include the coordination of the design process of marketing materials for various in-branch promotions such as print merchandising, digital, and sales materials.
  • Provides support for local advertising and tracks media coverage and advertising activity at local market level.
  • Assists with the development of advertising calendars, coordinates compliance approval, monitors material usage, and works to ensure all marketing materials in use are current and compliant.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of materials and loading of materials to the online marketing store while also monitoring usage cycles to determine fulfillment norms.
  • Assists with distribution of brand guidelines to ensure proper usage of brand marks internally and externally.
  • Develops production timelines; monitors project status to ensure materials are produced within brand consistency, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Coordinates with mail house and executes on assigned mailing initiatives.
  • Liaise with marketing partners and vendors (printers, mail house, etc.) to facilitate production of marketing materials.
  • Each team member is responsible for process documentation within their functional area as it relates to their role in the marketing organization. Documentation should remain current and any updates should be submitted in conjunction with the Corporate Marketing Policy updates.
  • Provides back-up support across marketing as assigned.
  • Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
