The individual fulfilling this role will spend approximately 50% of their time functioning as a Sales Associate and must also satisfy the “Qualifications” and be prepared to “Make an Impact” in accordance with Sales Associate job description.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for learning the different products and services Camelot Print & Copy Centers offers, educating current and prospective customers, answering questions and closing sales while working in a mobile office environment as this role is on the road up to 95% of the day. Success in this position is dependent upon the Customer Service Representative’s ability to rapidly build relationships, listen, solve problems and close sales.

  • Learn, understand and communicate various types of products and the specific characteristics of each
  • Become an expert on Camelot Print & Copy Centers products, services and how Camelot will meet the needs of current and future customers
  • Embrace Camelot Print & Copy Centers sales methodology in an effort to nurture relationships, overcome objections and convert prospects into customers
  • Greet customers, provide an exceptional customer experience consistent with company mission
  • Listen, ask relevant questions and obtain necessary information to assist the customer in error-free completion of their project
  • Identify what phase of the sales cycle the customer is in, gather competitive information and willingness to close the sale
  • Source and foster new customer relationships
  • Responsible for ensuring all scheduled orders are properly delivered utilizing the most efficient route possible and at times, collection of customer payments at time of delivery
  • Ensures compliance and maintenance of delivery vehicles
  • Respond to sales phone and email inquiries professionally, quickly and without error
  • Assist in production as needed

What You Must Bring to This Role

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience - required
  • Associates degree from a 2-year college and/or 4 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience - desired
  • Demonstrated success rapidly building and maintaining relationships - required
  • A history of excellence in active listening, identifying applications/solutions and a willingness to close a sale - required
  • Proven success working independently and in a team environment - required
  • Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) - required
  • Proven comfort handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining poise and patience - required
  • Exposure to and comfort with basic math skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division - required
  • Valid driver’s license free from traffic violations - required
  • Commitment to operate safely and effectively - required
  • A history of exceptional attention to detail and commitment to "doing things right the first time" - required

Working Conditions & Physical Efforts

  • Ability & willingness to travel/”be on the road” within designated territory 95% of the time
  • Work is performed in an interior office or mobile work environment
  • Work may sometimes include a production environment
  • May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to sit for a prolonged period of time
  • Visual functions being those of near vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with leadership & clients
  • Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer keyboard or operate equipment
