I. MARKETING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
A. Represents Bunting Magnetics to customers.
1. Facilitates communication with customers and field sales staff.
2. Provides applications and technical assistance to customers and field sales staff.
3. Attends selected national trade shows and conferences.
B. Receives and processes customer orders and quote requests.
1. Assists customers by recommending appropriate Bunting Magnetic products to provide solutions to customer applications
2. Communicates customer requirements to the estimating department for quotation.
3. Communicates customer delivery requirements to Bunting personnel to facilitate proper shipping schedules.
4. Submits orders to accounting department for credit approval.
5. Confirms pricing and delivery with customers.
6. Inputs orders into computer system.
7. Faxes all branch orders to proper branch locations.
8. Audits customer confirmation orders against internal orders for pricing, shipping date requirements and specifications.
9. Responds to customer requests by checking orders, delivery schedules and providing general sales information.
C. Interfaces with other departments to meet customer needs.
1. Responds to questions from other departments regarding specifications for orders and quotes.
2. Communicates qualified sales leads to BLQS.
3. Communicates qualified sales leads to field sales staff.
4. Assigns RGA numbers and completes necessary paperwork to facilitate customer returns.
5. Generates internal credit memos to correct sales commissions.
6. Generates regular credit memos for approval.
7. Coordinates approved customer product testing.
8. Communicates test results to customer and sales department.
D. Coordinates shipping of Bunting Magnetic products to customers.
1. Recommends appropriate shipping methods for company products.
2. Processes all documents and paperwork required to ensure proper delivery.
3. Responds to customer inquiries concerning orders and materials in transit.
4. Negotiates with carriers to obtain best delivery lead times and delivery rates for customers.
E. Provides back-up support for other inside sales duties as required.
II. FINANCIAL RESULTS
A. Contributes in whatever way possible to the pursuit of shipping objective for specific product group.

IV. PHYSICAL RESOURCES
A. Keeps personal work area and equipment clean and functional.
B. Requests, through supervisor, any equipment replacement or upgrades.
V. ADMINISTRATION
A. Participates in the organizational planning process.
1. Assists Sales Coordinator in meeting the goals of the Inside Sales Department.
2. Establishes and implements management by objectives.
3. Establishes own objectives for personal growth and development.
B. Participates in company meetings.
1. Attends sales meeting as requested.
2. Attends training sessions and seminars as requested.
C. Provides suggestions for improvement of procedures, policies or processes through the Bunting Planning Committee.
