RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source prospective clients through referrals, networking, social media, Internet research, sales leads, and direct contact
  • Interact and communicate directly with Hiring Managers to better understand staffing needs, desired job requirements and to ensure candidate's cultural fit within our client's organization
  • Prepare and present professional services proposals.
  • Manage the full life cycle Recruiting process including job postings, resume sourcing, candidate phone screens and in person interviews, resume submittals to Hiring Managers, coordinate candidate/Hiring Manager interviews, reference checking and offer negotiations
  • Establish and maintain a high level of candidate engagement throughout the entire recruiting and selection process
  • Manage relationships throughout the assignment; expand OST presence within existing client accounts
  • Continuously expand OST client base through ongoing new business development
  • Conduct all interactions with the utmost diplomacy and tact. Maintain confidentiality and treat others with utmost respect
  • Connect with candidates, colleagues and clients on a regular basis to develop and maintain relationships, expand industry knowledge, and generate referrals and leads
  • Act as the single point of contact between accounts and company in order to facilitate all communication and ensure the success of relationships
  • Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction and our strategic partnership
  • Survey clients regarding perception of service. Visits clients to emphasize quality and service

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Five (5) years work experience with four (4) years in IT related industry
  • Experience in staffing industry recruiting and operational workflow and processes
  • In-depth understanding sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and placing candidates for customer open job requirements
  • Ability to understand and qualify job requirements and source and screen candidates against requirements
  • Knowledge of MSP and VMS tools, job portals (CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, etc.)
  • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management
  • Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM packages, and email
