Position Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by learning the different products and services offered by Camelot Print & Copy Centers, educating current and prospective customers, answering questions and promoting the company’s products and services. Success in this position is dependent upon the Account Executive’s ability to rapidly build relationships, listen, solve problems and close sales. This position requires up to 95% daily travel including delivering products to current Camelot customers.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Become an expert on Camelot, Print & Copy Centers products and service offerings
- Understand and communicate how the business meet the needs of current and prospective customers
- Embrace Camelot Print & Copy Centers sales methodology in an effort to nurture relationships, overcome objections and convert prospects into customers
- Identify what phase of the sales cycle the customer is in, gather competitive information and close the sale
- Nurture established customer relationships to drive recurring business to meet annual targets
- Champion business growth utilizing outbound sales methodology to identify new prospects and meet annual targets
- Respond to sales phone and email inquiries professionally, quickly and without error
- Listen, ask relevant questions and obtain necessary information to assist the customer in error-free completion of their project
- Complete price quotes and other required documentation to initiate sale
- Ensure marketing collateral is replenished as needed
- Share timely feedback/lessons learned to cognizant Camelot department leads for immediate resolution
- Maintain a community presence consistent with the company mission and supports business growth
- Track all sales activity in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Always be a part of a new solution or opportunity to improve
What You Must Bring to This Role
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience - required
- Associates degree from a 2-year college and/or 4 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience - desired
- Success leveraging a sales selling system, like Sandler Training, with proven results - desired
- A history of positively impacting a company’s brand while providing exceptional customer experience and delivering quality work - required
- A history of, or demonstrated intrinsic drive to compete & win - required
- Demonstrated success rapidly building and maintaining relationships - required
- A history of excellence in communication, active listening, identifying applications/solutions and closing sales - required
- Proven success working independently and with a team environment - required
- Proven comfort handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining poise and patience - required
- A history of exceptional attention to detail and commitment to "doing things right the first time" – required
- Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) - required
- Exposure to and comfort with basic math skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division - required
- Valid driver’s license free from traffic violations - required

Working Conditions & Physical Efforts
- Ability & willingness to travel/”be on the road” within designated territory 95% of the time
- Work is performed in an interior office or mobile work environment
- Work may sometimes include a production environment
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit for a prolonged period of time
- Visual functions being those of near vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with leadership & clients
- Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer keyboard or operate equipment
- Low exposure to physical risk
