The primary responsibility of the Marketing Communication Manager for Aptar CSP Technologies is to help develop and execute the global Marketing & Communications plans for the Aptar CSP business portfolio across the Pharma and Food segments. You will take the lead in supporting their business strategies and objectives by utilizing traditional methods (e.g. trade shows, sales literature) as well as the latest in new digital media (e.g. inbounding marketing campaigns, online lead management, social media). To maintain brand discipline, you will also ensure alignment with the Aptar Pharma and Aptar Food & Beverage global brands.

Reporting to: Richard Okupniak, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Aptar CSP Technologies
Supporting:
- Aptar CSP Business Development & Sales team members
- Aptar Director – Corporate Business Integration
- Close interaction and collaboration with:
- Aptar Corporate Communications
- Global Aptar Pharma and Aptar Food & Beverage Marketing teams and their respective regional marketing teams.
- Aptar CSP external communications agency
Responsibilities include:
- Support VP, Sales & Marketing in the implementation of the global Marketing & Communications strategies for Pharma and Food segments.
- Develop, lead and deliver the global annual operational Marketing & Communications Plans to support CSP’s Pharma and Food business strategies and objectives.
- Responsible for all managing all public relations efforts, coordinating editorial contributions, production of necessary photos/illustrations/videos, managing social media and advertising activities for CSP
- Direct the Communications agency in their retainer activities and any additional outside vendor work
- Ensure that all outputs align with global Aptar Pharma/Aptar F&B messaging, positioning, style
- Responsible for all Digital Marketing efforts for CSP. These include:
- Working with the outside vendor aligning, technically tracking and developing of leads associated with digital media
- Ensuring that any digital media campaigns meet jurisdictional requirements including privacy laws.
- Lead generation and nurturing activities such as email blasts, lead targeting
- Proactively lead webinar development and execution
- Responsible for CSP Website including content creation, news updates, etc.
- Develop, implement and execute the trade show and conference strategy for CSP, including identification and optimization of events, to deliver key audiences and meet KPIs.
- Lead flawless execution of CSP Trade Show & Conference annual plans (approximately 15+ events per year), including identifying sponsorship and speaking opportunities for CSP, key message development, booth design, sponsorship, promotion and product display strategy, ensuring presence meets global Aptar standards
- Responsible for supporting CSP integration into regional or global shows led by Aptar Pharma and Aptar F&B.
- Project Management: create and deliver Marketing projects and tools to support the annual Marketing Communications Plans.
- Projects could include product launches, development of impactful sales tools such as selling presentations, brochures, videos, signage, events such as Innovation days, and more. * Work with commercial teams to get permission to promote use of Aptar CSP Technology in commercialized products
- Support key stakeholders including Business Development Managers, Product Development, Sales, and Management.
- Support Aptar, Aptar Pharma and Aptar F&B global initiatives as appropriate (Sustainability, Customer Satisfaction surveys, etc.)
- Develop and proactively manage Marketing Communication budget
Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related field
- Ideally, MBA
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience
- marketing and communications in the pharma / medical device market or other B2B industry (Product or Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Promotions and Events).

- Ability to manage agency/partner relationships
- CRM knowledge – Salesforce a plus
- IT skills (MS office). Photoshop a plus.
- English fluency required, both oral and written, understanding of French a plus

Travel
Occasional travel required (less than 20%) – primarily to trade shows, other site locations, trainings.
