Outside Sales Representative Job Opening

Lowcountry Basement Systems, a regional leader in the foundation repair industry, is seeking to expand our SALES team. We are looking for EXPERIENCED in-home sales professionals to RUN foundation repair sales leads. We provide you with qualified, high quality, warm leads. The customers contact us and invite us into their homes for appointments. You will enjoy a lot of freedom in this home based/telecommuter sales position.

We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and we get a lot of referral business. All of our salespeople and installation crews are our own employees. We provide the BEST training, systems, products, and services in the business.

Requirements for the position:

• 3-5 years of sales experience
• 1+ years of experience in the residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement industries is a plus
• Some construction experience is a plus
• Be able to and comfortable with entering a crawlspace underneath a house
• Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
• Ability to travel within a 3 hour radius of main office with frequent overnight stay required
• Reliable personal vehicle to run sales appointments, laptop, and cell phone
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

What will you do?

• Drive to potential customers home and conduct appointments
• Meet or exceeds sales goals
• Write proposals for each customer account which include photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists and job worksheets
• Provide follow-up to customers by phone and re-visits the customer as necessary
