Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years managing a business or team in the building products industry
  • Bachelor degree in business or a technical field
  • Understanding of business finances and demonstrated ability to apply knowledge to business profitability improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and implement change in an organization
  • Evidence of ability to manage talent in an organization, including development and execution of talent strategies around performance management, people development, incentives and succession planning.
  • Experience with and demonstrated use of best practices in a functional role (i.e., sales excellence, operations excellence)
  • Evidence of involvement in the development and execution of strategic plans
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
