We are looking for the right individual to be responsible for sales activities, from lead generation through close for our New England location.

This position could be for you if you work well both individually and as a member of a team. Are you a strong sales person? Do you like the challenge of working a sale from start to close?

What you would be doing:

  • Assisting in the development of annual business plan in conjunction with the General Manager and Sales team.
  • Maximizing all opportunities to close sales and take market share
  • Selling consultatively and helping create solutions for prospects and clients
  • Developing a database of qualified leads
  • Creating/conducting proposal presentations
  • Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.

  • Ability to gather and submit detailed business information for underwriting, pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified prospects' business problems.
  • Ability to build trust, communicate effectively, collaborate, execute, foster innovation, focus on customer needs/solutions, and solve problems creatively while demonstrating a high level of integrity.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
  • Ability to proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Working knowledge of presentation software; word processing software; spreadsheet software; internet software and contact management systems.

This position will operate both in the office and plant environments.
