Saco Bay Physical Therapy in SCARBOROUGH ME is seeking a FULL time treating Physical Therapist (PT) for a center manager position. We are outpatient orthopedic treating a very active population of teens through geriatrics. Our Scarborough location offers general ortho, sports medicine and industrial rehabilitative services to our Portland community seeking a dynamic physical therapist and leader. LSVT BIG and/or pelvic health background and experience is a PLUS.

Previous management experience as a physical therapist is NOT required to be considered. We have a management training program for an OP ortho experienced physical therapist to grow their professional skills. The position averages 80% treating, 20% managing between our open hours 7am until 7pm Monday through Friday for a 40 hour work week. We CAN train for the management responsibilities, but previous management experience is ideal.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for supervision of therapy center(s).
  • Continue to maintain an active patient caseload in conjunction with management responsibilities.
  • Ensures compliance to all policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for center financial statements including profit and loss performance.
  • Responsible for sales/marketing to existing and potential center referral sources.
Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in Physical Therapy required with Doctoral degree preferred.
  • Valid state Physical Therapy license required to start
