Staffing Professional Job Opening

Independently owned and operated staffing agency searching for a Staffing Professional in the Florence, Ky. area:

Someone that is a self-starter who has honesty, integrity and a passion to help others. This person would need to possess the drive to hit the ground running, recruiting qualified applicants looking for permanent employment. They would also need experience in cold-calling and selling to local businesses that are needing staffing services. Two-years staffing experience preferred. This individual would report to a Regional Business Development Manager who would help get the agency off the ground and be available in this new market.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience:

2 years in the staffing business

5-7 years in sales and/or recruiting

3-5 years management experience preferred but not required
