As an SAS Supervisor, you willpartner with retailers to enhance the consumer’s shopping experience. You willbe responsible for maintaining a strong communication flow between all partiesas well as supporting the retail/field team by providing the necessary tools toexecute our services in the most efficient manner while delivering high-qualityresults. This position is a responsible for awide variety of tasks including, but not limited to the following:
Duties, Responsibilities andExpected Contributions

  • Strong leader with ability to lead teams and make effective decisions to encourage successful merchandising execution
  • Leading a team of up to 150 Retail Associates (Team Leads & Merchandisers), including communicating SAS policies, procedures and dress code
  • Responsible for communicating action for all direct reports, Team Leads & Merchandisers
  • Training and mentoring new Associates
  • Assign projects to Merchandisers by location and skill set and edits/changes schedules as needed
  • Maintenance of current projects and recap daily to manager
  • Monitor trends and hours for existing projects
  • Perform store quality checks on a daily/weekly basis
  • Responsible for employee coaching & disciplinary action
  • Maintaining customer objectives by ensuring products are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly facing and aligned with schematics (POG)
  • Effectively managing expenses to ensure adherence to budget, including labor hours, expenses and mileage
  • Effectively managing employee relations issues in partnership with SAS Human Resources
  • Great communication skills to influence and lead teams
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to work effectively in web based applications
  • Reliable transportation as travel will be required
  • Ability to work within a high-energy, fast paced environment
  • Special Assignments as required

Position Requirements
Education / Experience Required

  • High School degree or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred
  • 4+ years of merchandising and/or retail experience preferred
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Prior Retail, Retailer Service, Broker or merchandising experience preferred

Functional Knowledge and BusinessExpertise Required

  • Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, & PowerPoint, as well as Google Chrome & Internet Explorer
  • Highly creative individual capable of implementing unique solutions to support organizational goals.
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups including managers, associates, and IT subject matter experts
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with superior attention to detail
  • Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage workflow to maximize office productivity.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
