The Regional Sales Manager of Government & Education Solutions will be responsible for selling to County & Municipal offices along with Schools in your selected territory. Foveonics was awarded a three year Cooperative Contract allowing the salesperson to sell directly to the customer, having already gone through the bid process. MRESCNJ, is New Jersey's premiere Document Management Cooperative (Document Scanning & Software Solutions). The MRESCNJ Cooperative has nearly 1,100 members ranging from counties, to municipalities to school districts. This cooperative allows Foveonics document services and solutions to be sold directly.

  • Traveling to each Municipality, Board of Education and School District in territory
  • Building and fostering relationships with customers
  • Act as a member of the sales team to promote the sale of Company products and providing light technical sales support when appropriate
  • Provide Lead Support for CARMA, quarterly COANJ, School and other pertinent meetings
  • Assist with Record Management Plans and Disaster Recover Plans
  • Conferring with salespeople and engineers to assess equipment needs
  • Responding to proposals for specific customer requirements
  • Visiting customer facilities for records review
  • Assist demonstrations with IT
  • Develop strategic and tactical plans in order to accomplish yearly sales goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Demonstrate the ability to sell to Government and/or Education will have highest priority
  • Document Management Experience is beneficial
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven experience to communicate professionally with internal and external customers
  • Proven flexibility with shifting priorities
  • Proven organizational skills, with high attention to detail

Work Environment:

General office time will be limited. This position is Virtual Office while setting up appointments and in the field the other 75% time for site visits.

Physical Demands:

Frequent: Traveling and meeting with each municipality and school district in territory.

Salary

· Base Salary

· 5%-10% Commission on Total Revenue + Bonus
