CRM Manager Job Opening

Southworth Products Corp. in Falmouth, Maine is the leading manufacturer of vertical work positioning products designed to make work faster, safer and easier. We have an immediate opening for a CRM Manager to control and optimize CRM operations and develop strategies to foster and grow profitable long-term relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Sales and Marketing Managers and business development specialists to identify business drivers and seek opportunities for growth.
• Monitor relationships with existing customers and seek opportunities for additional engagement.
• Ensure the CRM system is functionally optimally and conduct training for CRM users.
• Ensure the CRM systems provides an effective and efficient sales funnel.
• Develop specific strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
• Track and report on market trends, conversion rates and related KPI metrics.
• Seamless integration of CRM with strategic and business development plans.
• Ensure consistency of data through training and data monitoring across all companies/program users.
• Pursue continuous improvement programs in data collection processes and pursue improvement of data base quality and consistency.
• Develop best practices and rule sets for data entry and program utilization.

Qualifications:

• Extensive background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
• Experience in direct and digital marketing, ideally in related industry.
• CRM experience 5+ years: Experience with Goldmine a +.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze performance and make effective presentations.
