Reporting to: Sales Manager

Status: Full-time/Commission

Department: Sales

Location: La Vista, NE

Essential Functions:

• Presents and sells company services and products (LeafGuard Brand Gutters, GAF Roofing, Soffit/Fascia & Dr. Energy Saver Home Performance) to potential customers in Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa

• Prepares presentations, proposals and sales contracts

• Maintains a professional appearance and provides a positive company image to the public

• Maintains current product knowledge by participating in dynamic sales program provided by the company. Top In-Home sales training program in the world!

• Runs Company provided leads and Self-generates new leads and referrals

• Follow-up with potential customers

• Attend weekly department Sales meetings

• Participates in marketing events such as trade shows and telemarketing events

• Assists with other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ years sales experience in construction industry

• Significant local travel to potential customers; valid driver's license required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to persuade and influence others

• Ability to develop and deliver sales presentations

• PC proficient

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings and some weekends

Qualification Preferred:

• Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Construction or related field
• 3+ years sales experience in construction industry

Compensation: Salesperson will be furnished with a company vehicle. Potential first year earnings are between $60-$70K. Experienced Sales representatives earn much more.
