E-Commerce Specialist Job Opening

Purpose: Legacy Manufacturing Co. makes high-quality, long-lasting tools and equipment for professional and consumer use. We take pride in prompt shipment, superior service and competitive prices for premium products (Flexzilla®). We are looking for an e-commerce leader in our customer sales support department. The E-commerce Specialist will be a key leader in the development of this channel. We are looking for a self-motivated individual that will assist in planning and organizing the e-commerce channel exceeding our objectives for our business partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage online sales channels such as Amazon, Sams, and Walmart.
• Resolve sales channel problems such as stranded inventory, copyright infringement, merging of listings, etc.
• Observe and adjust all sales channels listings to gain and maintain positioning.
• Create copy for new product listings as well as adjust old listings with new copy and keywords as needed or as trends arise.
• Ensure listings are complimented with the appropriate images and video content to optimize customer conversion rate.
• Create and implement SEO strategies and then evaluate them to maximize listing results.
• Identify sales channel trends and report them to the rest of the team.
• Conduct advertising and promotion campaigns.
• Support and manage implementation of technical and business solutions as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience working in a sales or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SEO execution and website management.
• Willingness to learn and to take initiative and results driven.
• Ability and flexibility to handle multiple projects at once.
• MS Office Skills specifically Excel, creating Power Point Presentations and Word documents.
• Interpersonal communications skills, willing to work with cross-functional teams towards common goals, self-starter and solid analytical ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Amazon’s Vendor Central and Seller Central platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One
