About this Position
Responsibilities & Qualifications
The Investment Adviser Representative (ISP Field Support Rep 5) monitors and responds to telephone inquiries regarding managed accounts from clients and representatives. The role works with associates and management to make and implement recommendations concerning department changes, improvements and enhancements.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Series 65 licenses required
- Knowledge of individual securities and market dynamics preferred
- Effective writing, presentation, communication and coaching skills
- Effective problem solving/analysis skills
- Excellent PC skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and quickly and efficiently adapt to changes in procedures or policies
- Leadership ability
