We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Vice President of Sales, West to lead our sales organization in the western region of North America with an insatiable passion and dedication to our key goals. Leading our North American – West sales organization through the next stage of our development, it will be your job to spearhead their sales, introduce prospective and existing customers to the benefits of our enterprise software solutions; convert leads into deals and inspire a high performing team. In this role, you will report to BlueCat’s Vice President, Enterprise North American Accounts.
Responsibilities:
  • You will achieve BlueCat’s ACV targets on an annual and quarterly basis
  • You will play a key role in recruitment, hiring, on-boarding and coaching BlueCat’s field sales organization
  • You will drive and foster a fun and winning culture
  • Close large enterprise deals
  • Work collaboratively across all departments to ensure that the rapidly expanding needs and objectives of the sales organization are met
  • Conduct and report on quarterly business reviews
  • Oversee team performance reviews and management of the sales organization
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
  • 5+ years leading enterprise Software Sales teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline
  • Experienced leading teams in high performing growing Software sales organizations
  • Experienced in complex solution sales into F2000 level accounts
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota attainment through delivering on sales targets and developing new business
Key Attributes:
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, proven negotiation skills
  • You understand the importance of breaking glass to delight customers
  • Process oriented; metrics driven
  • Solid knowledge of networking and cyber security markets
  • Ability to travel frequently throughout North America, sometimes internationally
