AArrow Sign Spinners is looking to fill a sales position in one for the most active & fruitful markets in the country. We need an energetic, aggressive fitness focused professional that will thrive in a competitive sales environment.
AArrow Sign Spinners (“AArrow"),the largest guerilla advertising companies in the world is expanding to meet the demand for its services. We currently represent many of the coolest brands in the country and want your help in growing our sport. Work with the most influential brands in the world including: NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, Uber, Verizon, Sprint, Walmart, Amazon and everyone else in the Housing and Retail sectors.
This is an outside sales position responsible for marketing & promoting our products & services to customers throughout the territory and beyond. You get to follow your clients. Join us and land the big brands.
Making outbound salescalls/emails/walk-ins and social media connections in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
- Gets Past the Gatekeeper
Some of our clients use others within their businesses to screen calls. A great sales rep reads these situations and works to get to the advertising decision maker.
- Comfortable Communicator and Closes the Deal
One thing is for sure, successful sales reps aren’t afraid to ask for money and information necessary to remain in contact with the client.
- Creative Problem Solver
Great sales reps find ways to be creative problem solvers. Through recommendations for alternative money sources, breaking up payments into bite size pieces or the offer of a program that will help the client think on their feet.
- Competitive
Successful sales reps are very competitive. They do not like to lose so they work diligently to sell more than their peers, overcome the objections of the clients and simply find ways to be successful when challenges arise.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Achieve targeted sales revenue goals with assigned Senior Sales Representative
- Local telemarketing as assigned by Supervisor.
- Maintain a weekly Call Plan & Travel Schedule
- Perform onsite client site evaluations
- Demonstrate services to groups & individuals with direct focus on sales.
- Establish long-term business relationships creating future sales & referrals.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our products & services, and that of our competitors.
- Assist in campaign design services
- Understand, communicate and demonstrate the cost vs. value of each of our campaigns
- Produce a continuous volume of outbound communication.
- Recommend & Quote services that meets specific customer needs.
- Coordinate with logistics & service team members to fulfill orders or manage client expectations
- Complete all paperwork & reporting in a timely manner.
- Closing sales by use of a motivational & consultative sales strategy.
- Enter information into CRM database
- Attend trade shows and networking events
- Other reasonable duties & assignments
Overview- the right person can make a significant impact on increasing the volume of our business...we are looking for that one candidate that will engage a large audience of potential customers in dialogue introducing them to our products and services. Must be fitness-minded, enthusiastic and dedicated to working diligently to produce results.
Compensation
Most AArrow Support Reps will earn between $35,000 - $75,000 per year.
However, the income potential is greater, as volume of sales increase. This position is weighted on performance...increases in sales volume will result in increased comp package. Base Salary + Commission. Auto allowance.
What we are looking for –
- Previous sales experience is desirable for this position...but we will train the right highly motivated, personable candidate.
- This position requires a self-starter who has the capability to work independently without need for daily supervision.
- Knowledge of advertising and sports industry are of great benefit
- Aggressive sales capability with passion for fitness.
- Strong closing skills & thrives under pressure.
- Ability to fully demonstrate the products represented.
- Must be capable of utilizing several basic computer programs - CRM Sales Management software, Google Docs
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written.
- Willingness to generate large volume of phone calls, correspondences & cold calls.
- A clean valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Effectively divide time between office and the road, with willingness to travel as needed throughout the territory.
