Not a very good value.   Mediocre writing and long turn around time.   Paid $200 for about $50 worth of work.

When I was in college I use to visit this Kinko's faithfully. I had to stop and make a couple of quick copies, and half of the machines are broken, the staff was really no help.

I used them for a resume refreshening.   I think the final result is sharp looking.   I didn't need it for an immediate interview or anything, but just to have on hand.

I would strongly suggest you try another service. I used the Oak Brook location service and was suppose to go in to review the completed resume, however family issues occurred and I could not make the appointment.

Very poor experience overall.   Trying to get Lauren to answer any of my emails was like pulling teeth.

My wife contacted Aerotek via email and they responded very quickly. They set up an interview with her and at first seemed like they would have no trouble finding her a position.

My DirecTV satellite went out and they told me it would take two weeks to get a tech to come fix it.  

The other reviews of this business are more than accurate. I also purchased a Groupon for a résumé and cover letter about six weeks ago.

Structure of the company is a failure and has moved into only B2B so the owner said. Coaching is generic and most likely will regurgitate same methods to company clients.

This company is not professional at all! You will be told a "team" of people are working on your resume, but you will only hear from the owner Lauren Young.
